On a Thursday Sep. 2008 at about 11 am 550 Billion dollars was drawn over the course of two hours. One might ask was the impetus for this collective action? What unit of intelligence or communication was responsible? What we can say is it did not come from those running the system and was not a public statement. If we look at some of the communications preceding it in September in the open Socratic dialog we might get a clue as to the source but not the distribution method, which is mysterious.
